Badagoni Alazani Valley White is a well-known Georgian white wine from the Alazani Valley in the Kakheti wine-growing region (Eastern Georgia), where viticulture has a thousand-year-old tradition. The Alazani Valley is an area with a temperate continental climate, which favors the cultivation of ripe, aromatic grapes that have a rich fruity character and natural sweetness.
The wine has a light straw color with golden highlights and a distinct aroma, where notes of apples, pears, quince and white flowers are felt, sometimes with light citrus or honey nuances. This creates a harmonious and pleasant bouquet with fruity freshness and depth.
The taste is soft, balanced and pleasant, with a delicate sweetness that naturally combines with fruity notes and light acidity. The drink has a smooth texture, unobtrusive sweetness and a clean aftertaste, making it accessible even to those who do not consider themselves a great connoisseur of semi-sweet wines.
The wine is produced mainly from the autochthonous Rkatsiteli variety - one of the oldest and most typical white grape varieties for Georgia, which is distinguished by its ability to preserve structure, aroma and freshness in the finished wine.
Badagoni Alazani Valley White is excellent as an aperitif, and is also an excellent accompaniment to light snacks, fruits, desserts, soft cheeses, vegetable salads and seafood. Its fruity and expressive profile goes well with dishes that have a fresh character.
