Benket Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy defines the procedure for collecting, processing, storing and protecting personal data of users of the site benket.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Site), in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

1.2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure an adequate level of protection of users' rights when processing their personal data, as well as to inform about what data is collected, how it is used and protected.

1.3. By using the Site or providing their personal data, the user confirms that they have read this Policy and agree to its terms.

3.1. Customer data:

  • Last name, first name, patronymic;
  • Contact details (phone, e-mail);
  • Delivery address;
  • Order history, reviews, participation in loyalty programs and promotions;
  • Cookie data, IP address, browser type, date and time of visiting the Site.

3.2. Employee data (for personnel purposes):

  • Passport data, identification code, information about education, work experience, contact information, bank account details.

3.3. Counterparty data:

  • apply to Benket or to with a relevant complaint.

User requests are considered within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

9. Use of cookies

9.1. The Site uses cookies to improve the service, user convenience and visit analytics.

9.2. The User can independently manage cookies through their browser settings or disable them, however this may limit the functionality of the Site.

10. Final provisions

10.1. Benket independently determines the measures and means to ensure the security of personal data.

10.2. The Policy is open, publicly available and posted on the website benket.com.ua.

10.3. All changes to the Policy come into force from the moment of their publication on the website.

10.4. All issues not regulated by this Policy are regulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.
