Pale straw in colour with greenish reflections. On the nose there are fruity and floral aromas with hints of apple, apricot and subtle mineral or bakery notes; on the palate it is dry, fresh and balanced with juicy fruit flavours and pleasant acidity, leading to a clean finish.

Produced by gentle pressing and cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks without oak ageing to preserve purity and freshness.

Recommended serving temperature is 10–12 °C, though serving slightly warmer up to 16–18 °C can soften the profile.
