Negru de Purcari dry red wine, 14%, 0.75 l, Moldova — the king of red wines, noble and powerful, with a rich structure and perfect bouquet. Blend: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Saperavi, 5% Rară Neagră. Grapes are hand-picked and vinified traditionally, aged 18 months in French oak barrels.
It has a reddish-brown color and a complex, intense aroma: notes of ripe plums and figs, gradually complemented by subtle hints of spices and saffron.
The taste of Negru de Purcari is deep and velvety: fruity notes harmonize with delicate tannins, and the long finish highlights the wine’s elegance.
Negru de Purcari, 14%, 0.75 l, Moldova, pairs perfectly with aged blue cheeses, baked venison roulade with figs, and pheasant roulade with chestnut puree. Decant for 30 minutes before serving.
