Shabo XO 7 Years is a premium aged Ukrainian brandy, crafted from selected cognac spirits and matured in oak barrels for at least 7 years, allowing the spirit to develop a deep aroma, rich flavor, and harmonious structure. This aging period gives it a softer and more balanced profile compared to younger expressions.
The brandy is produced through assemblage of grape‑based cognac spirits, some of which may be aged longer (up to 15–20 years), adding complexity and depth to the blend.
The color is a warm golden‑amber, indicative of prolonged wood contact. The aroma is expressive and layered, with notes of fruit, vanilla, light spices, and oak — typical of aged spirits.
On the palate it is smooth, balanced, and full‑bodied, with fruity, caramel, and woody nuances that transition into a pleasant, warm finish. Best enjoyed neat at around +18 … +20 °C, it suits both celebratory occasions and relaxed evening tastings.
