Casal Mendes Rosé is a light and refreshing semi-dry pink wine from the Vinho Verde region (Portugal), created in the signature fresh style typical of young wines from this region. The wine is focused on lightness, fruitiness and pleasant drinkability.

In the glass, the wine has a delicate pink color. The aroma is fresh and fruity, with distinct notes of strawberries, raspberries and ripe cherries, complemented by light citrus shades.

The taste is harmonious and refreshing, with delicate fruity sweetness and soft, lively acidity, which makes the wine easy to perceive and well balanced. The profile is clean, without overload, with a pleasant berry aftertaste.

Casal Mendes Rosé is ideal as an aperitif, and also goes well with light salads, appetizers, seafood, white fish and cheese plates. It is recommended to serve chilled to 8–12 °C.
