Konrad Sauvignon Blanc “Hole in the Water” is a dry white wine from Konrad Wines, grown in the legendary Marlborough wine region of New Zealand’s South Island. The name Hole in the Water comes from the Waihopai Valley – Maori for “hole in the water” – where the grapes are used to create this vibrant Sauvignon Blanc, thanks to its exceptional combination of sunny climate, selected soils and moderate rainfall.

The wine has a light straw colour with greenish highlights, which immediately indicates its freshness and purity of style. The aroma is rich and expressive – with threads of freshly cut grass, gooseberries and citrus fruits, complemented by subtle floral nuances. The taste of the drink is dry, refreshing and lively, with juicy acidity and fruity shades of guava and citrus, which create a pleasant harmony and a long aftertaste.
