Villa Tinta Irsai Oliver wine is a dry white wine from the Ukrainian producer Villa Tinta, made from 100% Irsai Oliver grapes, a light aromatic variety that is well adapted to the climatic conditions of southern Ukraine. The vineyards are located in the Odessa region around Lake Yalpug, in an area with a rich winemaking history.

The wine has a light straw color with golden highlights, which immediately attracts attention with its brightness. The aroma is dominated by threads of acacia, linden and rose flowers, which create a pleasant, fresh and floral bouquet.

The taste of Irsai Oliver is light and balanced: restrained acidity complements the fruity-tropical base with shades of pear, mango and fresh fruits, and the overall impression is refreshing and harmonious, without heavy tannins.

This wine is great as an aperitif, and also goes well with light snacks, salads, fish, seafood, and soft cheeses - dishes with a delicate texture will emphasize the fruity character of the drink.
