Shabo Reserve Chardonnay, dry, white, 14%, 0.75 l

SHABO Reserve Chardonnay is a Ukrainian dry white wine from the Reserve collection from the Shabo winery (Odesa region) - one of the brand's premium positions, created from Chardonnay grapes based on its own terroir. The production process includes manual selection of grapes, temperature control of fermentation and aging in oak barrels, which gives the wine structural depth and expressive character.

In the glass, SHABO Reserve Chardonnay has a light straw color with delicate shades that convey its clean and balanced profile. The aroma is fresh and fruity, with dominant notes of peach, apricot, sea buckthorn, citrus and white cherry, as well as light nuances of aging.

The taste is dry, rounded and long, with a bright fruit base and pleasant minerality, which makes the wine profile expressive and pleasant to perceive. The combination of lively acidity and fruity nuances creates a harmonious balance between lightness and depth of taste.

SHABO Reserve Chardonnay is excellent as an aperitif, as well as in combination with seafood, white fish, chicken dishes, light vegetable salads or cheeses, where its fruity and citrus accents complement the taste nuances. Recommended serving temperature ~10–12 °C for full disclosure of aromatic tones and taste.
