SHABO Reserve Cabernet is a Ukrainian red dry wine from the Reserve collection from the Shabo winery (Odesa region) - one of the leading wine producers in Ukraine. This wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon - a classic red variety, which gives the drink a rich fruity character and harmonious structure.

In a glass, SHABO Reserve Cabernet has a deep ruby-red color, which immediately conveys its fruity expressiveness. The aroma is complex and attractive, with notes of black currant, cherry and berries, complemented by light spicy shades and elegant nuances of aging.

The taste is dry, balanced and rounded, where soft tannins support the fruit base, and the aftertaste retains pleasant berry nuances. This character makes the wine comfortable for consumption in everyday situations, but at the same time expressive enough for gastronomic combinations.

SHABO Reserve Cabernet goes well with red meat, meat appetizers, medium and hard cheese, as well as Mediterranean dishes or pasta with rich sauces. The recommended serving temperature is ~16–18 °C to reveal the aromatic and taste nuances of the drink as fully as possible.
