This drink is made mainly from Merlot grapes - a classic European red variety, which gives the wine a deep ruby-red color and a pleasant fruit base.
The aroma is berry-fruity, with clear notes of raspberry and black currant, which create a distinct and fresh aromatic palette. The taste is fresh and harmonious, with delicate tannins and a long aftertaste, where soft sweetness is combined with fruity expressiveness and balanced acidity.
This wine is great as a standalone drink, as well as with fruits, fruit desserts, sorbets, and can also be a pleasant addition to foie gras or liver pate, where its fruity and soft sweet nuances will emphasize the taste accents of the dishes.
