The Original Collection series emphasizes the pure style and expressiveness of the Shabo terroir, where wine culture has a long history.

In the glass, the wine has a light straw color. The aroma is delicate and fruity, with delicate shades of white peach and floral nuances of acacia, which creates a refreshing and pleasant bouquet palette.

The taste is dry, fresh and balanced, with light fruity notes and harmonious acidity, which makes the drink easy to perceive and quite versatile for pairing with dishes.

SHABO Original Collection Pinot Grigio is excellent as an aperitif, as well as in combination with light salads, vegetable dishes, risotto, seafood, white fish or light cheeses, where its fresh fruit profile will emphasize the gastronomic accents of the dishes.
