Plantaze Vranac is a dry red wine, 13%, 0.75 L, Montenegro.

This wine resembles a warm southern evening — intense, bold, and slowly unfolding, with a confident and expressive character.

Grape variety: Vranac — 100%.

Deep ruby in color. The aroma reveals ripe black cherry, prune, blackberry, with notes of spice and dried herbs.

The palate is full-bodied and velvety, with firm tannins, dark berry flavors, hints of bitter chocolate and subtle peppery spice. The finish is long, warm, and fruit-driven.

The grapes are hand-harvested at night to preserve freshness. After crushing, the berries are destemmed. Fermentation with maceration lasts 8–10 days in neutral vessels at 23–25 °C, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The young wine is stabilized in stainless steel tanks.

Recommended serving temperature is 16–18 °C.

Perfectly paired with grilled red meats, lamb, game, aged cheeses, and rich Mediterranean dishes.
