This is a light and elegant rosé from the vineyards of the Lake Skadar valley, crafted by Plantaže, one of the largest and most respected wineries in the Balkan region.
Grape varieties: a balanced blend of Vranac, Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache/Garnacha, contributing to expressive fruit character with a gentle structure.
The wine shows a delicate pink hue with crystalline clarity. Aromas of raspberry, currant and wild rose predominate, complemented by subtle floral and fruity notes.
On the palate it is soft and harmonious, with mild fruity acids that create refreshing liveliness, a silky texture and a long, refreshing raspberry‑driven finish.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures up to ~17 °C without malolactic fermentation, and the wine is aged 8–10 months on fine lees to add depth and mouthfeel.
Recommended serving temperature is 7–10 °C.
Food pairings: ideal as an aperitif, and excellent with summer salads, fish pâtés, seafood, white meats and grilled dishes.
