Shabo Primo Secco Rosé Brut is a Ukrainian pink sparkling wine created at the Shabo winery in the Odessa region, one of the key wine-making regions of Ukraine. The Primo Secco line combines a modern production style with an emphasis on purity of aroma, freshness and refined texture.

The wine is made by secondary fermentation in sealed tanks (Sharma method), which allows you to preserve the natural fruitiness of the grapes and form a fine, uniform pearl structure. To create the pink color, red grape varieties are used with short maceration, which gives the drink a delicate shade and delicate berry expressiveness.

In a glass, Shabo Primo Secco Rosé Brut has a delicate pink color with salmon highlights and an active play of small bubbles.

The aroma is fresh and sophisticated, with notes of strawberry, raspberry, red currant and light floral nuances. The bouquet is clean, fruity and well-balanced.
