This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, hand-picked from several renowned plots in the Eola-Amity Hills area, where volcanic soils and cool sea breezes contribute to the development of clear acidity and depth of aroma.
In the glass, the drink has a light straw color with golden highlights. The aroma is complex and rich, combining notes of ripe apple, citrus, pear and a light cream shade, complemented by nuances of yeast brine and toast from long aging in a French oak barrel.
The palate is dry, elegant and harmonious, with fresh acidity, expressive fruit tones and a delicate texture, highlighted by delicate oak and mineral nuances. The wine has a medium-bodied structure, where fruit and citrus nuances smoothly transition into a long, clean finish.
