This wine feels like a warm Mediterranean evening in Sicily: vibrant ruby red colour, expressive fruit notes and balanced structure make it versatile for daily meals and special occasions alike.

Grape varieties: predominantly Nero d’Avola, with supporting roles from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and other varieties in the blend.

In the glass it shows ruby red with purple hues. The nose reveals fresh red cherries, black cherries and plum, with hints of spice (black pepper) and subtle mineral tones.

On the palate it is dry, medium‑bodied, with soft tannins, lively acidity and juicy fruit flavours balanced by spicy whispers — leading to a pleasant, refreshing finish.

The wine is aged about 8 months in tanks and then nearly 6 months in bottle before release, giving it harmony and drinkability.

Recommended serving temperature is 16–18 °C.
