This elegant rosé captures the spirit of a warm Sicilian evening: bright, light and refreshing, with expressive fruit and fine mineral notes.
Grape varieties: Nerello Mascalese and Nocera — traditional Sicilian grapes combined to craft a balanced and vibrant rosé.
The colour is vivid pale pink. On the nose it offers strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, jasmine, rose petal and citrus notes with subtle Mediterranean freshness.
On the palate it is lively and harmonious, with juicy fruit flavours complemented by light minerality and refreshing acidity, leading to a clean, elegant finish.
After harvest, the grapes undergo short cold maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine is aged several months in steel and further matured in bottle before release.
Recommended serving temperature is 10–12 °C.
Food pairings include light appetizers, salads, seafood, sushi and Mediterranean cuisine.
