This wine evokes a gentle Mediterranean breeze from the sun‑drenched hills of southwestern Sicily: fresh, clear and harmonious, like a serene morning by the sea.
Grape varieties: predominantly Lucido/Catarratto, complemented by other indigenous and international white grapes.
Appearance is pale straw yellow with golden hues. The aroma offers fresh notes of white‑fleshed fruits such as peach, pear and apple, along with delicate floral hints and a touch of minerality.
On the palate it is dry, fresh and balanced, with fruit‑driven flavors combined with pleasant acidity and a subtle saline minerality in the finish, making it versatile with food.
After harvest, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine is aged about 2 months in tanks and then at least 2 months in bottle before release.
Recommended serving temperature is 9–11 °C (ideally 10–12 °C).
Perfect pairing includes cheeses, antipasti, light fish dishes, seafood, vegetable tarts and white meats.
