Shabo Primo Secco is a Ukrainian white sparkling semi-sweet wine created at the Shabo winery, located in the Odessa region - one of the most famous wine-making terroirs of Ukraine. The Primo Secco line combines a modern production style with the use of local grape varieties, in particular the autochthonous Telti-Kuruk variety, which gives the wine a characteristic freshness and fruity expressiveness.

Production is carried out by the method of secondary fermentation in hermetic tanks, which allows you to preserve the natural aroma of grapes and form a delicate, uniform pearl structure. Thanks to controlled fermentation, a harmonious balance between natural sweetness and refreshing acidity is achieved.

In the glass, Shabo Primo Secco has a light straw color with a transparent shine. The aroma is clean and expressive, with a dominance of floral and fruity notes - ripe apple, pear, white flowers and light citrus shades. The bouquet is soft, fresh and attractive.

The taste of the wine is balanced, rounded and harmonious. Pleasant sweetness is delicately combined with lively acidity, which gives the drink a lightness and refreshing character. Fine bubbles emphasize the fruit profile and create a soft texture. The aftertaste is clean, with light fruity shades of medium duration.

The recommended serving temperature is 6–8 °C. The wine tastes great as an aperitif, and also goes well with fruits, desserts, light snacks, cheese plates or delicate pastries.
