The Primo Secco line reflects the modern style of sparkling wines with an emphasis on freshness, purity of aroma and ease of perception.
The wine is produced by the method of secondary fermentation in hermetic tanks (Sharma method), which allows you to maximally preserve the natural aromatic properties of grapes and form a delicate, uniform pearl structure. Controlled fermentation provides a balanced profile with a moderate content of residual sugar.
