Shabo Primo Secco Brut is a Ukrainian white sparkling wine produced at the Shabo winery, located in the Odessa region - the historical center of Ukrainian winemaking. The Primo Secco line is created in a modern European style with an emphasis on freshness, purity of aroma and ease of perception.

The wine is made using the secondary fermentation method in hermetic tanks (Sharma method), which allows you to maximally preserve the natural aroma of grapes and form a refined, uniform pearl structure. Selected white grapes are used for production, harvested at the optimal ripeness phase.

In the glass, Shabo Primo Secco Brut has a light straw color with greenish highlights and a persistent play of small bubbles.

The aroma is fresh and clean, with notes of green apple, pear, citrus zest and light floral shades. The bouquet is restrained, elegant and well-structured.

The taste is dry, harmonious and refreshing. Lively acidity emphasizes fruit shades, and the delicate texture of the bubbles adds lightness and sophistication. The aftertaste is clean, with pleasant citrus and apple notes of medium duration.

Recommended serving temperature - 6-8 ° C. The wine is great as an aperitif, and also goes well with seafood, fish dishes, light salads, canapes and soft cheeses.
