Shabo Classic Brut is a Ukrainian white sparkling wine from the Classic collection from the Shabo winery, located in the Odessa region - a region with ancient winemaking traditions. The drink is created using the classic champagination technology, with aging on the lees for at least 9 months, which gives it the status of a high-quality aged sparkling wine.
In a glass, Shabo Classic Brut has a light straw color with shine, and the aroma is revealed by light fruit-floral notes, among which citrus, peach and flowering acacia motifs predominate, forming a pleasant and fresh bouquet.
The taste of this wine is fresh, balanced and expressive, with clear acidity and a lively texture of bubbles that support fruit motifs and make the taste light and pleasant to perceive. Such a structure makes it universal for various gastronomic combinations.
Shabo Classic Brut is best served chilled (around 8–10°C), which allows the drink to fully reveal its aromatic and flavour potential. It pairs well with seafood, fish dishes, light snacks and soft cheeses, where its fresh character enhances the flavour of the dishes.
