Volfas Engelman 1410 Tamsusis is a dark filtered beer of Lithuanian production with a strength of 5%. The drink was created by the Volfas Engelman brewery as part of the 1410 series, dedicated to the historical victory in the Battle of Grunwald in 1410.

The beer is brewed using a special technology using water, barley malt, caramel malt, roasted malted barley and hops. For fermentation, English top-fermenting yeast is used, which works at a temperature of approximately 14–25 °C and forms a characteristic aromatic profile of the drink.

The drink has a deep dark color with a thick light cream head. The aroma is revealed by malt, caramel and slightly roasted notes, which are complemented by light fruity shades that arise during fermentation.

The taste of Volfas Engelman 1410 Tamsusis is rich and well-balanced: it combines caramel sweetness, light toasted nuances and soft hop bitterness. Thanks to the ester notes, the taste has delicate fruity nuances, and the aftertaste remains soft and slightly sweet.

The beer is recommended to be served chilled (about 6–8 °C). It goes well with meat dishes, grill, cheeses or even desserts that emphasize the caramel and chocolate shades of the drink.
