Tomatin Glenlassie is a blended Scotch whisky aged for 3 years in mainly ex-bourbon barrels, with an alcohol content of 40 % ABV and a 700 ml bottle. It pours a bright golden colour and presents a clean, aromatic profile with vanilla, malt, fruits and a hint of smoke on the nose. The palate is smooth and well-balanced, featuring vanilla, smoke and honey notes, sometimes accented by fruit and gentle spice, and a medium finish with subtle oak nuances. Produced by Tomatin Distillery Co Ltd, one of Scotland’s historic distilleries, established in 1897 and located in the Speyside/Highland region. Best enjoyed neat or with ice at around 18–19 °C.
