The name Triple Wood refers to maturation in three types of oak casks:
new American oak — adds spice and body;
ex-bourbon casks — provide soft vanilla sweetness;
first-fill oak casks — give depth and fruity complexity.
Nose: orchard fruits (apple, pear), vanilla, toffee, gentle oak.
Palate: smooth, balanced, fruity-vanilla-toffee notes, with subtle spice and oak hints.
Finish: warm, medium-length, with pleasant malty and woody tones.
Serving temperature: ideally 18–20 °C.
Best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in classic whisky cocktails (Old Fashioned, Whisky Sour, Highball).
