It’s matured for 12 years in a combination of ex‑bourbon and ex‑sherry oak casks, which adds layers of flavour and depth.

Colour: crisp golden amber.
Nose: fresh citrus, sweet pastry, vanilla and signature nuttiness.
Palate: smooth and velvety with notes of vanilla, tangerine, lime, honey and caramel, plus hints of toasted hazelnut and ginger spice.
