Shabo Reserve 1788 is a Ukrainian aged brandy from the Reserve category, boasting 40% alcohol, produced by the Shabo distillery from selected cognac spirits distilled from Rkatsiteli and Aligote grapes. It is matured for 4 years in oak barrels, giving the drink a balanced personality and smooth profile.

The spirit displays a rich golden-amber color, typical of extended wood contact. Its aroma opens with fruit notes with hints of barberry, prune and dried fruit, complemented by gentle oak nuances.

On the palate, Shabo Reserve 1788 is soft, rounded and balanced, featuring warm fruit and light woody tones, finishing pleasantly. Best enjoyed neat at around +18 … +20 °C, it pairs well with fruit, desserts or coffee.
